I fail when it comes to Jpop. >< I know this was looong time ago but I just fell in love with this song. Yoshika has AMAZING vocals. Okay, I was gonna post my list of favorite artists this past weekend but i had to edit it a bit so maybe this week? But my Jpop list is TINY. >< Idk but I'm picky when it comes to Jpop. My favorite kind of Jpop songs are ballads. Because the language is beautiful. Just a quick low down, my favorite Jpop artists include: Utada Hikaru, Yuna Ito, BoA, ayaka, and most recently melody.. BALLADS. For the most part. I do like M-Flo but the only song I have from them is Love Bug because of BoA. ;o

SO. I have a request from my flist (& everyone who reads this). Do any of you have any Jpop recommendations for me? Even if it is to try out. I have ALL of BoA's songs so no need her discography but i only have a few of Utada's and Yuna Ito's and the rest. Any artists you think I would like? Or even just songs? I actually love UVERworld too. I want more Jpop & Jrock pl0x! ;o

WOW. Seriously? I didn't post about this MV since it came out? And I've been watching everyday at least x5 since then? o_o


Well here it is. BoA's 3rd US single, Energetic. At first listen, I didn't quite get the song. It was over-produced. Over-repetitive. Over-Vocoderalized? Lool. And I was quite saddened by the news that this would be BoA's 3rd single. But after I saw her perform this version of the song, I fell in love with it. This version is more complete to me than the original version on her album. It's got an actual hook. I think that's what kinda turned me off the most about this song the first time. I like my songs complete. XD But I have to admit, this song grew a lot on me & now I can tell why lots of people liked it. It's very danceable and club ready. I'm really hoping BoA gets more recognition after this. Or she just needs to kick lots of butt with promotions. She's not getting as far as I would like her to be in the US. She needs to go on Good Morning America, or the VMA's or SOMETHING with more public! >< I would SCREAM MERRILY if she got to perform @ this years VMA's. o_o

Anyways, enjoy the simplicity of this video. JOKING. Well, the plot is simple. The video itself is quite flashy. Like BoA's dance moves. Idk. I just LOVE this song. Way more than I Did It For Love. IDK. That video just didn't work with me. Love the song though. XD
